Jamar “Jay” Shipman, better known by his ring name Jay Lethal, is an American professional wrestler currently signed to Ring of Honor, where he became a two-time ROH World Champion, two-time ROH World Television Champion, and a one-time ROH World Tag Team Champion with Jonathan Gresham. He is also known for his run in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, where he captured the X Division Championship six times and held the World Tag Team Championship with Consequences Creed.
