Herschel Sparber is an American actor and voice actor born on October 18, 1943, in Kentucky. Standing notably tall at 6 feet 9 inches, he has had a diverse career in film, television, and theater. Sparber is known for his roles in movies such as "Osmosis Jones" (voice role), "A Goofy Movie," and "The Birdcage."
